Panasonic Store Silver Installation TV Service – €45

At Panasonic Store our Silver Installation Service makes purchasing a TV from our store hassle free. When you purchase a TV from our store and get it delivered our Silver Installation Service will give you peace of mind in knowing that your TV is correctly set up and you will have the knowhow and confidence in operating your brand new Panasonic television.

Our Silver Installation TV Service includes the following;

• A consultation on site about how you would like your new TV set up
• Unpacking your new TV and taking away the packaging for recycling
• Connecting all your devices together (Sky, UPC, DVD Player/Recorder, Games Console) and tidy the cables
• Set up the Wi-Fi within the TV (your password is required)
• Demonstrate all the main features of the new TV
• We will also build any stand purchased from our Store and take away the packaging for recycling

Before we visit we do ask that you check the following;
• You are at home at the agreed time of visit
• The wall you want to wall mount the TV on is robust and suitable. Large TV’s cannot always be mounted on stud walls.
• You have purchased a suitable wall bracket from our Store
• That you have all the cables required to connect the various devices (if you don’t have all the cables there is no problem – our installation team will have a selection of cables available to purchase on site)
• If a stand needs to be built – please ensure that you have all the parts and screws required to build the stand

The following is not included in the Silver Installation Service;

• We will not personalise or optimise picture quality
• We will not calibrate your TV
• We will not install satellite or aerials
• We cannot connect your TV or other equipment to your home computer network (this is an additional service and can be provided at an extra cost)
• We will only build the TV stand if purchased from our Store.
• Installation is only available when taken with a delivery service.
• Please note we cannot refund this service if you haven’t completed the necessary pre visit preparations
• If additional work is required there is no issue but additional charges will apply, which will be discussed and agreed by you on site before the work is carried out.

Panasonic Store Gold Installation TV Service – €140

At Panasonic Store our Gold Installation Service makes purchasing a TV from our store hassle free. When you purchase a TV from our store and get it delivered our Gold Installation Service will give you peace of mind in knowing that your TV is safely and correctly wall mounted and set up and you will have the knowhow and confidence in operating your brand new Panasonic television.

Our Gold Installation TV Service includes the following;

• A consultation on site about how you would like your new TV set up
• Unpacking your new TV and taking away the packaging for recycling
• Wall Mount your TV safely on a suitable wall using a bracket purchased from our Store
• Connecting all your devices together (Sky, UPC, DVD Player/Recorder, Games Console) and tidy the cables
• Set up the Wi-Fi within the TV (your password is required)
• Demonstrate all the main features of the new TV
• We will also build any stand purchased from our Store and take away the packaging for recycling

Before we visit we do ask that you check the following;

• That you have a suitable management cable system in place (i.e. all cables run in behind the wall and ready to connect to the various devices
